FitMe Pilates is a Pilates studio that offers a variety of classes and private sessions for individuals of all fitness levels.

Wear comfortable workout clothes, grippy socks, water bottle, and of course your wireless Bluetooth headphones if you are attending a virtual class. We do have some spare headphones if you forget yours :)

You can sign up for classes through our website or by calling our studio. We recommend signing up in advance to ensure your spot in class.

At FitMe Pilates, we offer a variety of Pilates classes including beginner, intermediate, and advanced reformer sessions tailored to all fitness levels.

Our studio is professionally cleaned daily, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitised. Additionally, we provide sanitising wipes for members to use before and after their sessions on the Reformers. We encourage all members to wipe down equipment after use, helping to keep our community healthy and our equipment in top condition.

The approach to injuries depends on their severity. Before attending your first class at FitMe Pilates, you’ll be asked to complete an Online Health Questionnaire to inform us of any existing injuries or medical conditions. Your instructor will carefully review this information. If you’re cleared to join a class, your instructor will adapt the workout to ensure it is safe and suitable for you. 

If you are new to FitMe Pilates, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending group classes during your pregnancy. While some of our instructors are trained in Antenatal Pilates, we need to understand your body, strengths, and weaknesses before safely integrating you into a group class environment. We recommend enquiring and having a chat with one of our experienced instructors.
